Here’s a new color combination to try, Ruby Red+Turquoise. Red is versatile a color that pairs with multiple hues. The obvious pairings are with black, vanilla cream, winter white, gold, and silver. Any hues in the blue, pink, and yellow families can be styled with red too.
Although red is one my joys, turquoise reminds me of my time in the South Pacific. Red reads wonderfully on-camera and the turquoise is a chic way to add a pop and offset such a dominant color.
For something more dramatic–a day to night look–style darker accessories. I doubled two beaded, slate gray statement necklaces and tossed in a black patent skinny belt. Black strappy heels would certainly be appropriate.
