It’s so hard to believe that it’s been two years since I started this blogging journey. I really didn’t set out to be a blogger per se, but I wanted to create something with substance that was honest, something I was passionate about and something that was born from the heart and soul; catenya.com has evolved into exactly that.
I LOVE fashion, style, great products and television. Catenya.com is a merge of my loves, giving me the incredible outlet to talk about them. The fact that people actually pay attention and read the content is the extra dollop that makes me smile. I often feel like no one is coming to check it out. Many days my stats speak for themselves. They tell me everyday whether or not visitors are here or if they’ve moved on. When I get obsessed about stats and visitor traffic, I remind myself those aren’t my primary concerns. What I’m more concern about is the content and whether or not it’s valuable to anyone out there. If what I write about and post makes a difference to the 10, 20 or 100 visitors, than I’m happy.
I always want to invest in and pour energy into things that are not only meaningful but things that make a difference. If one person tells me that they watch the videos or love any of my fab finds, then I believe my effort is validated.
