I wore this BCBG strapless peplum jumpsuit for an evening garden party I attended. There was really no dress code except for ‘be comfortable.’ It’s chic, classic, timeless, easy to accessorize and is always sophisticated.
The peplum jumpsuit is an easy, no-fuss one-piece, except when you have to use the bathroom. Other than that, the jumpsuit was simple, sleek and easy to accessorize.
Anytime you wear black, you can pair it with other black accessories or you can add color. Black is also versatile enough that it can be styled with finishes in silver tones or gold. Tonight, I chose silver. I added two silver cuffs on each arm. I tossed in color with my 4inch Pour La Victorie red wine platform heels. Yes, these are hot but they are two-hour shoes and my feet were numb.
The next time I wear this jumpsuit, I might style it with a statement necklace. Tonight I chose to wear statement hoop rhinestone earrings instead. Style Tip: When accessorizing, choose one statement piece and build the rest of your look from there.
